Presentation Formats
- Poster Presentations: 10-12 minute talk + Q&A, delivered in themed sessions. Suitable for mature research, high impact findings or innovation case studies.
- Scientific Poster: Displayed in the Scientific Poster Gallery (included scheduled poster walkthroughs).
- Workshop Presentations: Interactive, skills‑based or innovation‑focused sessions proposed and led by participants.
Abstract Guidelines
To maintain the highest standard of innovation and accessibility, we encourage all presenters to adhere to the following formatting and structural guidelines:
Technical Requirements
- Word Count: Maximum 300 words for the main body.
- Structure: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion
- Formatting: Text-only. Please do not include figures, tables, or bibliographical references.
- Language: English (use SI units where applicable).
- Clarity: Keep abbreviations to a minimum. Define all acronyms at their first mention.
- Keywords: Include 4–5 keywords at the end of the submission to assist in panel indexing.
- Ethics Statement required for human/animal data
- Multiple submissions allowed
For accepted poster presentations, posters are expected to follow the following technical specifications.
- Format: A0 Size (841 x 1189 mm).
- Orientation: Portrait mode only (to fit our professional display stands).
- Design Freedom: We encourage creativity! Use high-resolution images, clear infographics, and bold colours to make your work stand out.
- Future Perspectives: The “Next Steps”—how does this work impact the future of cancer care?
Workshops Proposal Guidelines
Duration: 30 Minutes | Interactive, Collaborative, & Results-Oriented
The goals of the workshops are to move beyond passive listening to active capacity-building. We invite proposals that foster intensive interaction, knowledge exchange, and the development of practical solutions across research, clinical practice, science communication, policy, and advocacy.
1. Workshop Abstract
Provide a concise overview of your session. Please ensure you outline:
- The specific problem or skill the workshop addresses.
- Key learning objectives for participants.
2. Team & Affiliations:
Clearly indicate the lead organizer and all co-organizers, including their full names and institutional or community affiliations.
3. Language & Publication:
All workshops and materials must be presented in English. By submitting, organizers agree that accepted abstracts will be featured in the official Conference Booklet.
4. Commitment to Participate:
If your proposal is accepted, the lead organizer must register for the conference to confirm their attendance and inclusion in the final program.
